So I just played a game of ranked with 2 afks and a feeder. I did in fact rage but at no particular player. I quote "fuck this %%%%%% tank meta" and was permanently banned for saying so. I don't understand why it's okay to ban my account worth over $500 for saying words. And feeders cheaters and all around quitters are scott free with leaver buster warning up the wazoo. If you feel I need a time out, then so be it suspend my account, but taking my money for saying cuss words on a game that is meant for a "mature" audience is just ridiculous. I have never cheated or went afk in any game out of the over 8k games I have played. Honestly riot I respect your decisions on most things but banning me permanently for a problem easily fixable by muting me or turning profanity filter on is just savage.

This is rated T, which doesn't exactly mean mature audience
If Riot's rule is to not swear or be rude, shouldn't you be "mature" enough to follow that rule?

WHY IS VERBAL ABUSE PUNISHABLE IF THERE IS A MUTE BUTTON/LANGUAGE FILTER? Players shouldn't need to rely on features like the mute button or language filter to engage with other players in positive ways. When a player verbally abuses another player and forces him to use the mute button, they have already created a negative experience for that player.

Just because you didn't direct it at a particular player doesn't mean it is acceptable. If you were permabanned, most likely you've had a lot of reports and multiple prior punishments as well and was already on the edge of this happening.

[zombie-brand-clap] @ $500 hahahahahaha I've spent about $1500 k on this permabanned account. I had every champ and every skin, full rune pages, about 100k ip and 5k rp left over (which I used to gift players that performed well.

You'd probably have less down votes if you took that pathetic $500 off of there lol

With that said, I fully agree with you that RIOT has to be the stupidest people alive when it comes to their punishment system. Words get punished, but actions don't.

I should mention on NUMEROUS occasions I have received offensive language violations when I have NOT said a single word the entire game!!

dude my friend got repeatedly called a %%%%%% in the beginning of the game for no reason by 2 people so he retaliated and told them how bad they were etc because he's black so he was offended..needless to say he didnt report decided to move on to the next game and they (a duo) reported him and he was banned for 14 days. EVEN THOUGH they called him a %%%%%% for no reason and riot's logs would show that instead of their report being deemed invalid due to instigation he gets banned and they keep playing. This is all of the pussies fault for helping the tribunal get shut down and making things easier for riot by letting bots do all the work.

I was being targeted by 2 duos is the second game. But none the less ban well deserved and it's all in the past. Starting a new account where I can be less toxic and more positive!
