Can a Riot employee tell me the chances of me getting this account back? I searched everywhere and still no solid answer.

Unless you were genuinely falsely banned, which is a tiny, minuscule amount of a chance (in which case submit a support ticket), you can not get a banned account back.

If you could post the email they sent you telling you why you were banned, we could help shed some light on this. (Or chat logs, if it was a simple toxicity ban)
