Does Riot even look at the reason people get reported? Adding a Ban list?

You're supposed to type a reason, but do they even look? Its an automated system so I'd say not, which would explain a lot. Basically if you get a kill ever x mins or don't say one of the "banned" words, It will never detect anything, same for misspelled words. So you try to report someone for promising to rape/kill your entire family, but sure enough, they're still playing. I hear you don't always get feedback on bans, so is there a way to see who is banned? I hear OP.gg might have something, but I haven't seen any "This player is banned" type of thing.

Pretty sure it's able to detect it even if you get kills, even if you don't type banned words in chat.

You don't get the notification all the time. There is no way for you to identify the punishment status of another account. Riot does not approve of nor will they do anything to assist this type of "witch hunt" against other players.

Secondly would you call putting a Child Molester in jail, and have a 0 tolerance towards Child Molesters a "witch hunt"? If your gonna make certain content "bannable" (Which is weird in of itself for games which usually push these boundaries) you should have Transparency. Make it known what is bannable and what not and where they lines are. Secondly, but part of the first is, you need to show it works. Like, better than the "random" function of ARAM. They've draw a line with the summoners code, but is more of a general outline, and often doesn't always work. Some can take a joke, others cannot. If both cases it would be a banned comment, but not always reported. So with that in mind the entire Summers Code is subjective. If is subjective, we need feed back on how it works, if it works, and is it working.
