Hey Riot, you chat restricted me and 14 day banned AT THE SAME TIME

The 25 game chat restriction is designed to be a warning system. I get out of a game (where I had no restriction on my chat, no penalty whatsoever) and the game says "chat restricted for 24 games." So it counted that first game apparently even though it didn't restrict me, cool. So I log off for the night, annoyed that I got a penalty. Then I get on the next day to start slogging through my penalty games and get a 14 day suspension message? WTF? I literally had no penalty, played 1 game, and got an instant 14 day ban, can anyone explain that? What's the point of having a warning system in the first place if it doesn't even work and you just get banned right off the bat? When I get chat restricted I just mute all and don't use chat, that was my plan here too but I didn't even get that opportunity because riot dropped the ban hammer without even telling me I was being toxic first. Seriously this is ridiculous and needs to get reversed. I deserved the 25 game restriction, yes, but let me take my punishment and move on. I can't do that when you just add new punishment when no additional negative behavior has happened.

If you didn't type anything since your chat ban and you didn't have any hate speech in your logs prior to that punishment, submit a ticket to Player Support. This is unusual, but I've seen at least one or two instances of this, and it's usually reversed by Player Support.

Really unhappy that riot is still trying to say that I was negative after receiving a warning.

Facts:

-Chat restricted accounts are limited by messages -In the game where I was negative during my "chat restriction" I sent like over 100 messages (terrible night I deserved that chat restriction I know but not a 14 day) -It's impossible for a chat restricted account to send that many messages in a game

Conclusion:

-I wasn't chat restricted during the game in question... Therefore... -I wasn't negative after receiving my chat restriction.

I looked, on our side (I think you only see three games on the reform card) we have you on a 25 game chat restriction for eight games. The game after you got the 25 game chat restriction, you were negative immediately.

The part I disagree with is right here

If this last part were true I would agree that the ban was justified BUT AS SOON AS I GOT CHAT RESTRICTED I LOGGED OFF IMMEDIATELY.

I HAVE PLAYED 0 GAMES SINCE BEING ISSUED A CHAT RESTRICTION.
