As much as I parade around on these boards, I've always felt like I have the right to at least defend myself in game.

Context never matters.

That said I will admit that I probably caught this restriction not for defending myself, but for my bandwagoning on the toxic morgana late in the game. However, the pessimistic parts of me also knows that I contributed to the positive report by being an arrogant F%%%wad at the beginning.

Reform card cited comms as the reason. Not my pick or doing bad. And it was the enemy team that was tired of our shit by the end of the game, I had turned around everyone who was salting me for my pick by the end

I still have honor 1 and I know I will get out of this hole

It's not "it can happen to you".

It's "I brought this upon myself."

The rules are very clear that being a toxic jerk will get you penalized. It doesn't matter the context, whether in chat or in game. How you act is entirely your fault and yours alone. Saying "it can happen to you" implies that you have no control over your own fate, when in fact, it was your decision that brought you here.

Reading this, I feel like just talking in chat about anything but what is strictly happening in the game, will get you banned.

I already have my chat to the smallest UI size possible. I wish I can just remove it so I never have to worry about losing my honor level. I'm just not going to ever type lol.

Wow, so that's why I got chat restricted, just because I quoted flamer's words and system took them as for my own. Well, at Honor 1 we still get key fragments at least...

Yeah, I honestly have no clue with this one. I would not have tossed a ban your way. Is it possible that the word "report" is a bannable offense? I see that word used a lot on the chat logs that are posted here sometimes that look clean. It could be a key word the system picks up on as being toxic. That's my only guess for "comms" being the reason you received this reform card.

How you defend yourself is important. So yes your behavior also does matter.
