Why the Tribunal doesn't exist anymore
Felt like this needed its own topic. , cross posted from https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/2wsJUjrI-my-team-opened-at-3-minutes-and-i-tried-defending-the-base-1v5-i-got-banned-for-int-feeding?page=8
How many times you think I've caught a blitz hook for mispositioning?
How many times do you think I've walked up to grab a cs and ended up feeding a double?
How many times do you think I've facechecked a bush my team knew there were people in but I was utterly clueless of?
Tried to steal a baron and caught a flurry of ???? pings for it?
How many times have I hooked someone and Q'd in only to then get murdered not even close to killing my target?
Or tried to finish off that first blood during an invade?
Do you know how many reports I've gotten for inting over the Years? Uncountable
Wanna know how many warnings or penalties I've caught? Zero
None. Nada. Zilch. Because this isn't the era of the tribunal anymore where player opinion dictates who gets punished and who doesn't. This isn't th era of Taric's getting banned because he didn't finish his teams 5th BORK. Or an AP Ez one trick having a string of 5 bad games ending up in a penalty.
People like to play up the "intentional" part of intentional feeding as some sort of God Word to twist any sort of bad play into willful trolling
The fact of the matter is, Riot only watches for and punishes people they can 100% clear as trying to make their team lose. They do not take an individual play or "what this person should have known" into account. Because if we held everyone to the same tier of game knowledge and map awareness, Everyone below gold would be on a ticking timer to get banned
And guess what? THATS WHY WE DONT HAVE THE TRIBUNAL ANYMORE
