I win every non promo... and lose every promo...

Coincidence? I think not.

What is the deal here? I literally win 2 games, get to promos and lose two games and then the EXACT same thing happens over and over and over.

I don't think it's ok that I win 100% (literally) of my games outside of promos and lose 100% (literally) of my games in promos. At this point somethings being manipulated against me. I know everyone has to deal with trolls but this is too much. I win 100% of my normal games. And then when the games actually matter, I lose every time and it's really NOT because of how I play. It's hugely faulted to my team. AFK's are big, trolls are huge factors, toxic and EXTREMELY inexperienced and bad players... they all show up in promos and only promos...

What gives?
