Team Game... Or is it??? (Read the whole thing at least if you're gonna down vote)

Is it a team game? Really?

  • Is it a team game when my entire team just decides to play whatever they want? No thought into champ select. Barely calling a lane. Just... locking in and seeing what happens. Fun note here, I just had a game with 3 assassins... if this is how next season is going to be, I'm not playing.

  • Is it a team game when Riven dies at level 1 after taking 20 hp damage in a leash, blames you for not only that death because she helped you but also losing lane after you try to gank at 3 and 5 to help her and and while I'm 0/0/5 on a ww at level 5 my team tells me I'm not ganking?

  • Is it a team game when the Riven in that last scenario leaves top completely open with only me to fight a REALLY fed trynd while attempting to help the other struggling lanes while this same Riven yells at me telling me I'm autistic and all sorts of crap and feeding the other lanes? On a special side not here... this ISN'T considered intentional feeding by RIOT from what I can sum up.

  • Is it a team game when the renekton support then sides with this Riven and proceeds to roam around aimlessly while feeding as much as she does?

  • Is it a team game when I starve the enemy jungler of ALL BUFFS in the game get 5 kills in top and mid and the bard is 0/5/0 and the draven is 0/4/0? (Yes, I ganked them, but you try to take down a fed draven and darius combo with minimal support)

  • Is it a team game when Bard runs around the whole game dying once for every chime he picks up while spamming gg and let's ff in chat?

  • Is it a team game when not a single person besides me is warding? And I mean even trinkets aren't being used.

  • Is it a team game when no one buys an elixir at 18?

  • Is it a team game when the jungler goes 0/12/0 while we try everything we can to help him but he just dives over and over?

  • Is it a team game when the ADC you're supporting runs into the near full hp bot lane because I landed one immobilize effect? This was after they had just bought and we hadn't killed them but had stayed in lane for the xp.

I guess it is a team game in that I'm stuck with this and a million other stories that just amount to sheer impossibility of carrying.

I just wish I wasn't judged by my teams performance (a loss) instead of my performance (working my ass off to nearly 1v5). I likely wouldn't be as bitter about my horrid experiences in these games if I knew that as long as I'm doing what I can and playing as hard as I can that my efforts will be rewarded.

And some people think that these people are doing exactly that but it's just a completely false argument most of the time.

Guess all this boils down to this point...

Please. Next time you think about being toxic. Remember that there's someone who is JUST as frustrated with YOUR play as you are with the person whose game you're about to ruin. And maybe... just maybe individual efforts could mean something... somewhere... somehow.... our grades aren't even saved someplace. It's like our individual efforts mean nothing. Win or nothing. It's a cruel joke for a game to be that way.

You seem like an extremely insightful lad.

Fear not my friend, I understand your pain. A secret for you,

Look at the summoners code.

gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/get-started/summoners-code/

Incorporate these principles, into your daily play. Success will meet you half way.

That I can promise you, I cannot tell you how many hopeless situations have turned into blood wrenched victories, and if being the only positive person on your team is what does it, then do it.

I've had players say im done and try surrendering, others afk farm and many disconnect. Truth is this, I've won more 4v5's then I've lost. I've given many hope were it wasn't and I used the afk farmer to my advantage. If you remain positive and look at the positives others contribute, then their flaws. Were can the game go wrong?

Studying the summoners code will not only make you a better member of the community, but it will also help you climb the ranked later(once you get there).

A prime example would be faker, Many say "Faker the God", but if you listen to what he says. Hes one of the most humble individuals on the rift, the amount of respect he has for his opponent's, is surely why he is so dominant in games.

Only a small portion of this game is knowing itemization paths, champion abilities and how to control minion waves to manipulate your opponents map movement. But, you will not rest on that knowledge if your thinking of all the negatives around you. If your team mate plays gankplank support, and begins to feed monumentally. Usher him that its ok, everyone has bad games. Then use his barrel's and ult to your advantage, and then you will remain resilient on the rift as the truth "carry".

Read a few parts before I downvoted

If I read the whole thing I might lose braincells

Well I read all of it. I didn't downvote until I looked at your match history. Maybe you should work on improving your own play before you go blaming others.

still a team game despite of all the stuff you've listed.

Communication is part of making a great team leader.

You got stuck with jerks, but whenever you pick a character, you're playing as whoever you want.
