What's being done?

Is there any information about what's being done about:

Matchmaking; It's broke. It's not doing what's intended. It matches players who have literally no business playing together. I'm really sick of being the only silver on my team while fighting golds and above.
"intentionally not feeding, but feeding" people; I mean like the 0/15/1 gp that goes to lane and dies, goes to lane and dies... But it's just a bad game... right...
Assholes... It's beyond "don't be a jerk anymore" it's str8 up assholes who just run around ruining games. I don't care where you fall on the singed issue. Being an asshole and playing kat support and zed adc while flaming your team to adapt isn't ok.
Team Recruitment in the client.... Team Recruitment board is a complete failure. We need a way to find people that's from RIOT and preferably in client. I see this as the single best improvement that can be made to the lol community.
Honor system is complete garbage. There's literally nothing in this game that rewards good behavior. It's just penalties and disguised penalties.
Visible Reporting. We should know that our reports do something. Much more than the 2-3 pop ups a year that say something happened. Let us know that we reported 100 people and 90 of them it increased their penalty tier if reported again. Let us know for our own sanity that justice is being served.

Would really like to know why the worst of the worst issues that plague our community have absolutely nothing being done about them.

For 2, it's not like you can just ban someone because they're bad. Imagine that person being the only silver in their team, while going up against a bunch of golds like you said in number 1. Yea, it's possible that is just a bad game.

Amen. I just had a toxic person in my group ban my main . . . in mid. I hovered over the champion and was being rude because he probably didn't want to see a Karma mid. There are just too many toxic kids playing right now. Riot needs to really take action. I am tired of it.

I agree with everything listed here. I'm silver 5 and this game is just unenjoyable.

Ever since the fill system was turned on i have been getting an increasing amount of toxic players and people who fight during game, additionally i have seen the system much more willing to throw in unranked players into matches throwing a few golds and one silver vs a team of solid tier 1-3 golds and expecting the high mmr gold player to carry a bunch of less skilled players which does not work anymore in a game designed to punish carrying solo.

Matchmaking;

Seems to be a constant Work in Progress with Flex Q/Dynamic Q and unless you autofill, there's just not enough players it seems for that and Solo Q. Riot would also have you wait 2 mins to play an unfair matchmade game than wait 10 mins and play a fair one.

They get away with it unless they have a consistent history of doing it, which is unlikely since they usually do it to end a game or because they didn't want put in the position or champ they got anyway.

Assholes

Riot's partially to blame for this. They promote the "will it work?" series and don't punish jerks quickly or harshly enough. Also doesn't help when people get forced into roles or champs they don't want. Riot has also never really established that ranked is supposed to be serious nor went after people who could care less when they play.

Yep. Should be fixed, they said they would but it hasn't gotten there yet. Seems easy to fix too.

Visible Reporting.

Always going to be a problem with their "report weight" system. I report 3 people a game usually and chat has no purpose other than to create reports.

Play something tanky and take the gold players out.

Only difference between a gold and a silver is the gold watched a streamer and has a viable strategy.

Gold and above have huge egos and are vulnerable to tanky play with BM, they will chase you to prove a point and throw.
