Just a norm, and your build is trash

can we please fix this whole notion that just because it is norms it give you the right to go 0/9/0 in lane and then do nothing but run around in jungle all game because you are having fun?

and the whole "build this way only way" stuff is bogus as well. I go 14/3/12 as a assassin hec but when we lose because the adc starts inting because I'm not building tank we lose and that is bull

and this happens a dozen times a day at least every day
