Where can I report someone with evidence?

Hi. I recently had the pleasure (lol) of playing with someone who took mid even though they didnt get it, then blackmailed our ACTUAL midlaner so that he wouldn't report them. Than they claimed that I was racist in all chat (even though I said absolutely nothing relating to race all game or in lobby chats) so as to try and get me banned, than when I didn't do well in lane, they tried reporting me and the real midlaner for "inting". I have overwhelming evidence for all of this, including lobby chats which I'm pretty sure riot doesn't have logs of. Where can I post this?

Riot does have access to lobby chat, so they will be able to check that in their review.

Under Gameplay / I have a question.

There should be an option to attach evidence.

They will likely investigate, but they cannot tell you what - if anything - is done about the player, because that would violate player privacy.

Riot has access to pre / post / out of game chats.

In game, they have access to your click locations, click speeds, when you press certain buttons on the keyboard.

tldr, they have access to more information than you think.

And where exactly do you get that information from? You state that like a fact, but I guarantee you its an assumption. I'd like to see some evidence of that. It's not even that its not likely that those are true, its just the fact that information like that hasn't been released, so I dont see how you can know that without just assuming it. If you provide evidence, I'll eat my words and even give an apology, but I don't see that happening.

I don't want to search through these baords, the search function is horrible.

But I've in in PB&M for 2 1/2 years and I've seen alot of cases of behavioral smites from rioters, including person claiming they didn't int as 0/0/0 but rioter came on saying that they repeatativly pressing "S" to stop auto attacks, not lvling skills to purposely do less dmg and clicking in locations that he normally doesn't to purposely miss skill shots.

I've seen leaver buster punishment smites for just clicking around the fountain and around the towers in attempts to fake out the system.

There were cases in Turkey server that people were getting chat restrictions with nothing in their chat logs. There was a large outcry for clarity and Rioter came on and said that their toxicity was all in pre / post game chat.

LCS QAs can see all the buttons pressed and they use that to debug issues. listen to the caster's comments on the first C9 vs FlyQuest game in 2017 spring, MF ult bug, FLYQuest on blue side as MF+malz vs zyra+ashe (I think it was ashe).

Some of the older members can probably tell you guys a few of the other cases if you can get their attention here.

So can I give you evidence? nope, I'm not going through all that work. Am I going to tell you to believe me? Yeap, if you choose to believe me.

If not, whatever.

I would like to see that too. If it is how it sounds than dudes would get perma-ban though i think OP is exaggerating.

It wasn't physical threat, and I wont go into too many details (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to) but she said she had a clan that she would get to all report me and the other player (I guess trying to get me and him banned ?) and than accused me of inting when I had a bad game and racism (??????) when I said nothing relating to race.

(1). Nowhere. Riot DGAF.
Literally. Emailing Riot with screenshots is a huge hassle, AND not only that but it is a waste of time. You can go through all the effort time and energy to try to help them to maintain the game, because they don't do what they get paid for and make millions of dollars per year but they'd rather buy a 3rd house in hawaii than maintain the game, but it does nothing.
