intentional griefing

so the other day i had a player take my support role after i called and picked (yes normal blind pick game i know) and had a duo bot partner

in champ select we all informed him/her that the role was taken and the champ he insta locked (30 sec after champ select started) was a jungler champion so we told him he should go jungle

now he ignored this and still went support

then in game he gave 0 communication wasnt actually supporting our adc and just sat under tower for half the laning phase even when minions were not at our tower, and gave very little communication as in. "this kid" is the only thing he said in chat durring the game, proving he wasn't chat restricted.

now im making this post because i got the feeling he does this intentionally and on many accounts after thet get banned and makes a new one because his summoner name was literally the same letter multiple times in a row. i humble ask riot to review this players games (i sent a report on it riot will be able to find him easy) and not only ban his accounts, but his ip address so he cannot intentionally ruin other peoples games. because that is the feeling i got from watching his behavior in the one game i was in, that he does it to ruin other peoples games.
