Requesting Statistics on player behavior.

I want some stats. Divided by Ranked player skill level, if you please.

How many players have Honor levels 0/1/2/3/4/5 today, as of Feb.23?

How about in Iron? Bronze? Silver? Platinum? Challenger? How many players have chat restrictions today?

How many players received suspensions today? How many accounts were permabanned? How many banned or suspended players have made new accounts today, to keep playing? I know you know.

And just to keep things spicy... How many keys were bought last year?

How many were bought by low-honor (below 3) players?

It breaks the privacy agreement i think, like if you report someone, and ask riot if they got banned, riot will say we cant tell you that because it violates blah blah blah, plus i dont want people knowing im secretly the nicest league player ever, never been reported once, always 9x honor,
