so i said to nunu in my game who was my jungler

i said something along the lines of hey nunu how come u arent counter jungling the reksai whos camping my lane

nunu replies i have 20 cs mroe then him

i go to him ok but what are u doing with that 20 cs?

he claims im attacking him all game

i was simply asking questions

The key difference is you aren't anyone's boss. Everyone is playing their role, you're whining because they aren't doing what you want them to do. You're that annoying coworker who says "You know you should really...". The one that everyone wants to trip and fall flat on his face.

"Reksai's bot, her jungle and Rift Herald open" is something a leader would say. Asking why Nunu isn't counter jungling more or asking how he's using his CS is just being a nag.

This. A good rule of thumb is that if you aren't giving a specific instruction, you probably aren't saying anything useful.

Furthermore, a good boss doesn't just complain and rage at people. A good boss sets an example and motivates people.

There are a lot of bad bosses out there though.

Based on the game itself you were the one not doing your job. However, you laid the blame of your performance onto the jungler. Why? Is it because of the off meta pick? Perhaps because you are immobile? Whatever the reason.

um, no I don't agree with you, in fact, I strongly disagree. You were the dead weight on your team. Reksai probably saw your disadvantage in your pick and role and thusly abused you for it. And rightfully so. Nunu was the reason that game was won...
