Perma banned for no reason. Riot please review.

I worked hard guys, 1 month ago I got banned for 2 weeks and I tried NOT to be TOXIC at all.. Last match I said one bad word to Fizz that was flaming me and it was about that the Fizz isnt balanced. 2 games later I get notification I was perm banned even if I didnt said anything that was way too toxic. From game to game I tried NOT to be toxic. Guys I really want my acc :(

And you are asking for 1v1 and you are more fed. Explain, kid. This only proves you have no KNOWLEDGE about this GAME what so ever. 2v1 I am not wasting more time with your nonsense bs. You are playing an easy champion and you are a bad player. You cant mock me for losing 2v1 with fed opponents. Now shut your mouth and play with toys. Lol? THe champ will still being easy, no matter if you are AD or AP. no? Fizz can go AD/AP unlike Darius. Harder then fizz. Broken much?

This up here is what I said. I dont think this is toxic and deserves perm ban. Please review Riot.

You are right, that alone don't deserve a perma ban. But since you are already at the perma, you had a few warning before. Exept for extremes cases, you don't get banned for one game.

You were rightfully banned. Calling someone a pleb and being passive aggresive is reportable, even if you didn't start first ( read te summoners code ). Perma ban means you're a repeat offender and noone gets perma for just a couple of games, it's really hard to get perma banned unless you try. If you really think you were wrongfully banned then fill out a ticket. Riot will look into it but trust me they are rarely wrong about bans ( i think it goes in the 97%-98% range ). If you're right good for you, if not...well i hope you learn from your mistakes and reform.

Why should I reform? When I get reported by both teams because having a bad game and get banned for 2 weeks, try to reform next month and now get perm banned for saying one bad thing. I put a lot of time on that account and I owned honor ribbon and I was never toxic or saying something that bad. Remember why Dunked got permed? Compare this to that.

As i said...Write up a ticket and if you're right everything is fine and you get unbanned...If not...then that's one less toxic person...simple as that...You either smash the keyboard here arguing your opinion to people, or you take it to riot and hope for the best. You asked for an opinion and i'm giving you some good advice. The only thing that might help you is to take it to riot. When you do please repost here so we can see the result. I am interested in cases like these.

Its simply sad that Riot didnt do anything about people that are more toxic then me, including my friends.. sad..

Everyone gets what they deserve... some people slip by but only for awhile... If you're toxic and nothing happens for a long time you should be scared, cause the big ban wave is right around the corner, and all of your report cards are gonna add up... some people atract more attention and get banned fast...some people are sneaky with their behaviour but eventually end up getting banned... when i see a ban wave i cherish the cries of toxic people trying to explain their actions but also feel sorry for the wrongfully banned people ( rare ). So write a ticket and show us the results. If it turns out they were wrong i'll send you some rp as a welcome back gift.

Pal, you are right. But, I personally dont think this deserves a perm ban. Yes, I can be toxic from time to time. I dont hide that and I usually overreact instead of muting them. But this was wrongfully because I never said bad thing to those guys.

Remember reports isn't just coming from one game its over a period of games. Meaning if lets say you got reported right after the 2 week suspension, usually nothing happens depending what it was and how toxic.

BUT regardless its toxic, it does not matter how toxic it is as long its considered toxic then it warrants a report which could warrant a punishment. Why would it be considered toxic? because once you get into an argument with anyone it can demoralize the team or "tilt" and simply have them play at a lower capacity if you were not in a argument and simply creates an unhealthy atmosphere for the whole team. Seeing that the argument did not stop, the report was valid and if you consider that unfair, you did have previous punishments which you should of took precautions such as using the mute option or not typing at all.

But this is just my opinion and if it means anything to you, i have never been warned for toxic behavior or any of the sort so perhaps taking the advice and analyze it would be wise but in the end its up to you to decide.

Dude this happens again.. I get reported by premades even if I wasnt toxic so much. Like really.. Report system is so broken right now.

I understand that this can actually happen. However if you don't get reports from previous games or future games the reports will mean nothing. Most reports are reporting for toxic behavior, so the best course of action is to simply accept how things are in the game and arguing has not helped me before and it wont help me again and stay silent and play the game. You might think "what about the people are (starting it) insulting me, harassing me, etc?" In my time playing league, i found that arguing simply keeps them harassing you and increases frequency and intensity, the best course of action is to ignore them no matter what because in the end you will never see them and its not worth a punishment.

Its not perfect but we shouldn't expect perfection. I will admit sometimes some games i might say something that i wouldn't normally want to say under that sort of pressure. What i do is when i start typing and finish i read what i'm about to say if i feel like i'm arguing with someone or if i feel pressured in ANY way, then i realize its nothing more then an invite to continue the argument so i hit that "esc" key and move on.

While some ppl take severity into consideration, in the end the question is are you offending ppl or are you not. Think of it this way; take any of the following sentences and ask general public assuming they understand the context: is this an insult?

I do agree that what you said is nowhere nearly as bad as what a toxic player would say, and considering riot's leniency you're very unlikely to be permanently banned just from this match alone. But tbh, I can't see this gone by without consequence. It is not the toxiest of them all, but it doesn't change the fact that you were harassing your teammates with some serious disrespects.

Yeah youre kind of super super toxic. My chat logs go something like "ward for counter invade" "can i have blue" "ggwp" and those are the only things i type.

Calling someone a bad player isn't going to make them perform better. Words like 'pleb' and 'noob' only serve to make them feel worse. Instead of saying 'lol 4 health pots' try making suggestions of what you think would have been better. Pulling rank on others in game is simple bullying and won't get anyone anywhere productive. And some champions are harder to play for others. I, myself, have a very difficult time playing Master Yi, who people consider one of the easiest "brain dead" champions in the game. However, I got an S rank on Orianna 3 times the first week I began playing her, and she's not a mechanically easy champion, and Elise was very easy for me to pick up. So "the champion is easy AD or AP" argument is also simply inflammatory, not based in fact. Instead of putting them down, if you try the game again, try to give helpful feedback in a positive manner and suggestions in a way that makes them improve as a player instead of making them feel bad for the choices they made.

It wasnt in all chat and also It wasnt meant to offend her. It was kinda a joke because she(Riven) bleed a lot from Darius(Me) passive. If that makes any sense to you.

Riot's policy is that anything that can get you a chat restriction can get you a permaban, as they run a four strike system:

INSTANT FEEDBACK SYSTEM FAQ PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

If you've had previous punishments, this is absolutely perma-worthy.

Its all things I said that match, and their Fizz kept saying me bad stuff, he was premade with those guys. Report system is kinda broken. I got reported 3x or something.. In my opinion this DOESENT deserve perm ban. I didnt say anything bad in that match what so ever.

Well. You should be temporary banned for sure. This is because of two things, "die" and the overall harassment/negative discussion that went on. Don't get me wrong, Fizz is to blame too. Both of you. Now, i understand you could make the argument that you said "die" when you killed one of them in-game, but that could be taken out of context and used against you, along with the rest of your negative behavior. By no means does this deserve a permanent ban. If this was your third time being counseled, then yes, that's standard. But alone, no.

Unfortunately, if it was not a mistake initially, then no. It is irreversible. They have also stated they will permanently ban people (from chat?) if they try to get un-banned, or people who ask for others to get un-banned. My advice at this point, would be to smurf it up, or move on with life. I know it sucks, but your options are limited.
