Perma banned for no reason. Riot please review.

I worked hard guys, 1 month ago I got banned for 2 weeks and I tried NOT to be TOXIC at all.. Last match I said one bad word to Fizz that was flaming me and it was about that the Fizz isnt balanced. 2 games later I get notification I was perm banned even if I didnt said anything that was way too toxic. From game to game I tried NOT to be toxic. Guys I really want my acc :(

You are playing an easy champion and you are a bad player. You cant mock me for losing 2v1 with fed opponents. Now shut your mouth and play with toys. Lol? THe champ will still being easy, no matter if you are AD or AP. no? Fizz can go AD/AP unlike Darius. Harder then fizz. Broken much?

This up here is what I said. I dont think this is toxic and deserves perm ban. Please review Riot.

You are right, that alone don't deserve a perma ban. But since you are already at the perma, you had a few warning before. Exept for extremes cases, you don't get banned for one game.

Yeah youre kind of super super toxic. My chat logs go something like "ward for counter invade" "can i have blue" "ggwp" and those are the only things i type.

You were rightfully banned. Calling someone a pleb and being passive aggresive is reportable, even if you didn't start first ( read te summoners code ). Perma ban means you're a repeat offender and noone gets perma for just a couple of games, it's really hard to get perma banned unless you try. If you really think you were wrongfully banned then fill out a ticket. Riot will look into it but trust me they are rarely wrong about bans ( i think it goes in the 97%-98% range ). If you're right good for you, if not...well i hope you learn from your mistakes and reform.

Remember reports isn't just coming from one game its over a period of games. Meaning if lets say you got reported right after the 2 week suspension, usually nothing happens depending what it was and how toxic.

BUT regardless its toxic, it does not matter how toxic it is as long its considered toxic then it warrants a report which could warrant a punishment. Why would it be considered toxic? because once you get into an argument with anyone it can demoralize the team or "tilt" and simply have them play at a lower capacity if you were not in a argument and simply creates an unhealthy atmosphere for the whole team. Seeing that the argument did not stop, the report was valid and if you consider that unfair, you did have previous punishments which you should of took precautions such as using the mute option or not typing at all.

But this is just my opinion and if it means anything to you, i have never been warned for toxic behavior or any of the sort so perhaps taking the advice and analyze it would be wise but in the end its up to you to decide.

Calling someone a bad player isn't going to make them perform better. Words like 'pleb' and 'noob' only serve to make them feel worse. Instead of saying 'lol 4 health pots' try making suggestions of what you think would have been better. Pulling rank on others in game is simple bullying and won't get anyone anywhere productive. And some champions are harder to play for others. I, myself, have a very difficult time playing Master Yi, who people consider one of the easiest "brain dead" champions in the game. However, I got an S rank on Orianna 3 times the first week I began playing her, and she's not a mechanically easy champion, and Elise was very easy for me to pick up. So "the champion is easy AD or AP" argument is also simply inflammatory, not based in fact. Instead of putting them down, if you try the game again, try to give helpful feedback in a positive manner and suggestions in a way that makes them improve as a player instead of making them feel bad for the choices they made.

Riot's policy is that anything that can get you a chat restriction can get you a permaban, as they run a four strike system:

INSTANT FEEDBACK SYSTEM FAQ PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

If you've had previous punishments, this is absolutely perma-worthy.
