Can I report an account that is a bot/spam/virus account

Theres this person I added a longg time ago after a game. Ever since then I get random advertisements and links from this person. Today I got one that said "linnk" I got 3000 RP from this link, log in and get yours free today. It was a phishing link because I typed in one of the accounts that I never leveled up past level 5, and it took me to some proxy virus page.

Can I report this account?
