Punished player notification suggestion

I was wondering if people would feel better about the 'impact' that their reports have that if you receive the notification if you reported the player during any of the 3 games (or however many) that resulted in them being punished. Not just if you were the last report that 'broke the camels back' so to speak.

I understand that maybe there are technical challenges in this but it might help the player base feel better about reporting. There are too many people who feel like that ! doesn't mean anything.
