Completely random question but you know how ppl say GG? Could you get banned for saying "Wish i could say GG but it wasn't?"
is that ban worthy? it's a dick thing to say i think but would someone get banned for saying that in your opinion?
If it's just a one off then no, but if spammed constantly and/or used alongside other unsportsmanlike behavior than yes. Honestly though I would just refrain from saying it entirely, as there's no real point to saying it at all whatsoever.

That's just an elaborate way of saying "bg"... which is at worst a bit disrespectful. My guess would be that it's roughly in the same area as "gg ez", in that it may be recognized as so mildly negative that, even though it might contribute to a punishment, it's unlikely to ever trigger one on its own.
"I did not fancy this point click event therefore I shall make it known that I would say good match however It really was not" I would rather have someone say it like this than that and No. I do not think it is bannable however it could be seen as potential flame in some cases I would very much assume
