Does getting Leaverbuster'ed also prevents you from earning the Rank Rewards?

Nowadays I'm getting constant game crashes for technically no reason at all despite having excellent wifi speed, so I would like to know if getting Leaverbuster'ed would also affect me not getting my Rank Rewards (border, Victorious Maokai, etc) similar to how getting punished for toxicity works?
