Does getting Leaverbuster'ed also prevents you from earning the Rank Rewards?

Nowadays I'm getting constant game crashes for technically no reason at all despite having excellent wifi speed, so I would like to know if getting Leaverbuster'ed would also affect me not getting my Rank Rewards (border, Victorious Maokai, etc) similar to how getting punished for toxicity works?

I believe you will only lose your rewards if you were banned by the leaver buster.

I might be wrong though.

So if it were a time penalty like 5 or 20 minutes for each queue, that won't punish my rank rewards?

Nope.

Leaverbuster cannot ban you anyway, the highest it will go is 5 games of a 20 minute low priority que.
