Got banned 14 days for quoting racist a flamer

I don't like this, so I proceed to threaten him with "Screened for racial slurs" (I don't have a tool for screening in game yet, I should get one) Both Riven and Karthus begin spamming "%%%%%%" in the chat together (They are premade, even their name match together) At this point it's just tilting me, telling me "Are you offended?", so I make an imitation of them saying " 'Haha it's so funny using racial slurs' " I then proceed to say "Dumb %%%%%%s implies the black race is stupid" because nobody should be using this in an offensive way. After them continuously trying to tilt me, I begin to troll them with memes and freedom of speech. Lastly, I say "Dumb %%%%%% and %%%%%% is different", because the word alone isn't as offensive.

Right after my game, I get a 14 day ban for usage of racial slurs: I got reported by Karthus and Riven who were insulting me all game, and probably Vayne who kept telling "stfu" to me.

I do believe repeating these words isn't really good, and maybe I wasn't fully thinking, but right now, I've got 10 more days on my ban, am considered as someone toxic and dishonorable, and the most tilting is the unfriendly support who ignores all my questions, regardless of them being related to my ban or not, and close my ticket without answer. (I haven't even asked to contest my ban; I'm mainly trying to ask similar cases, if it's normal it happened, because they completely ignore my situation.)

Hopefully someone can be more friendly than the riot support and give me opinion on this matter.

Zero Tolerance is ZERO TOLERANCE. Regardless of the reason you used racial slurs, it doesn't justify its use under riots rules of ZERO TOLERANCE.

So first off, submit a support ticket. Next, share your logs. If this is truly a slur that wasn't directed at anyone, then you might be able to get a rioters attention and he might look into your punishment.

Lastly, there's nothing to be accomplished from using slurs, even in repeating them. Just mute and report.

all that matters is how many reports you got. Context and anything else doesn't matter to riot just as long as they make $

I see what you were trying to do, just remember, it's a bot that screens these reports. If you have any flagged words in your log, you'll get punished regardless of context. Protect yourself.

you should be banned for trolling not flaming in my opinion,although from your chat its obvious that you are trying to tilt your enemies and allies,thus being toxic thus deserving the ban,acting like you dont care about a ranked game just because you got autoffiled and using it as an excuse to troll is toxic.
