Is Passive Aggression Ban-able?

I recently played an ARAM game and had a team mate who was rude but not directly in ways that would normally be out right banable. The player would spam ping me when i died even though we had similar scores and I was playing fine. That was the start of it. When I asked what I had done wrong she didn't reply and kept doing it, so i figured she was just having fun and ignored it. However, she accused me of inting, then i asked what I had done wrong again, and she claimed that my name was offensive because she was raped by her father when he was dressed as a leopard. Again, joking, but still stupid and unnecessary as I made it clear that I was not having fun with her messing around, she was making it worse for me.

I asked in all chat if the other players could report her for BMing me and being toxic, her response was "?" and "Good job team!" even though she had not said anything positive the entire game. I found this ridiculous, because that would probably mean she even knew she was doing something banable or else she wouldn't have responded with a 180 turn of attitude. She even said "Except Nunu" (I was Nunu) in team chat after telling everyone good job. Like why would you do that? its not fun, fair, or nice, and clearly the person isn't enjoying your jokes.

I just want to know if this is allowed in the community, because I really don't want to be a part of it anymore if it is.

Thank you for the read.

Passive Aggression is still aggression, thus it is reportable. I would however put in the notes for the report that it was spam pinging any time someone messed something up.

Why would this be allowed? Just report the person at the end of the game and move on. There is nothing to gain from spending anymore time dwelling on them now that the game is over .

Mute the moron, report them after the game, move on with your life.

Ping spam is not bannable lol, or every single streamer/pro would be banned. IWDominate does it more than anyone and has already been banned before for saying he would kick someone's ass or something like that (LOL). However, they let him back and now he gets to do whatever he wants without ever being punished. He's super toxic.

only if you get enough reports to be manually reviewed AND the person given the manual review arbitrarily decides it is

Lol. Why would you ask people to report her? You can mute the pings. Then when she said you were inting, she opened herself up to punishment. That was your cue to mute and report after game. Asking for reports is a punishable offense, as you're basically trying to turn everyone in the game against her. You basically handled everything gloriously wrong. Hahaha fell for bait, asked for reports, showed frustration to a troll who wants you to show frustration. Man... You got a lot to learn ;)

Spam pinging isn't a ban, Lol. Its a feature in the game. And if that bothers you, then you can mute the pings. The other thing that doesnt work for is the verbal stuff, Because obvious reasons.[darius-angry]
