Stop forfeits
What do you think about removing surrender or pushing it later in game? I’m noticing people don’t want to finish games anymore. They only want to win easily, and when they do the other team surrenders...

Like you want people to waste more time on a LOST game? When your mid is 0/4 your top is 0/6 your botlane is 0/11 and youre in 3/1 as jungler at 13min do you think its winnable?
I think thats a terrible idea. We're already held hostage in unwinnable games for at least 20 minutes. Is that not enough for you?
There shouldn't be a surrender button in ranked, if you want to surrender do it in norms. That's how I feel at least, I have won too many games from way behind to say surrendering is ever an option in ranked. On top of that the one person who doesn't want to surrender loses LP for something that is completely out of their hands.
I'm not sure what good removing (or extending the initial lockout of) Surrender votes would do. I've run into my fair share of matches where people were willing to accept defeat, and a fair share where people seemed less interested in an easy win, and more interested in a hard, gods-awful dragged-out failure.
I personally think the game would be wholly worse off without the Surrender feature, as that would leave people with no match-for-match respite. Not to mention, we've all seen that one guy who kicks up too big of a fuss about the way the match is going...If it's un-fun already when they just drop Surrender votes at every opportunity, think of how they'd throw their fits without it.
And, personally, extending the initial lockout window doesn't seem like a good idea. Matches can pretty quickly bounce off into one direction or another - maybe your team got a good Herald siege which took two turrets off top lane and gave midlane room to take one of their own...Or, maybe your team got completely out-rotated, with the enemy taking each of the forward turrets, and one of the inner turrets.
In either case, now either team has a solid lead to work off of to press the advantage and tip the game closer and closer to a win. And it doesn't take more than fifteen minutes for it all to start happening. (Granted, these are extreme cases, but, for the sake of argument.)
Beyond all that, the Surrender vote is a stress valve for some people. When you're getting absolutely stomped, you don't want to drag the match out for 15-20~ to 30~ minutes. Being able to have a horrible match end quickly (through a Surrender, of course) can be a massive relief to most anyone on that team.
maybe you should focus on improving instead of worrying about what everyone else is doing below 3 kda is no good
