Can honor multiple team mates and the enemies. No keys for punished players. Persistent loading screen flair. No post game animations for being honored. Rare chance to unlock 1 exclusive skin. Can deduce account standing.

-New Honors-

Can honor 1 team mate. No keys for punished players. Situational loading screen flair. (Flair lasts 1 game at a time.) Post game animations for being honored. Rare chance to unlock 3 exclusive skins. Transparent account standing.

This is a fairly superficial assessment because it does compare the transparency of the honor systems. Why would players want to earn any honor at all if they can't tell that it's making a difference? This is why players wanted to see how much honor they earned in the old system. Players want to know is the honor they are earning is making a difference or not. Players don't like living in a vacuum and being told, "Be good and you will get rewarded... eventually".

From a simple superficial point of view... I don't think there's any contest here: having Situational Loading Screen Flairs is better than not having them.
