Small question about language

So in my last game, I had an unskilled Cait ADC. Seems she was Chinese since in post game chat, she typed in 鸡巴队友 只懂得躲 后面 Which I used google translate to find "Dick teammate, Only know how to hide behind" (I'm guessing she was mad I didn't go deep into the enemy since we were both squishy and I couldn't sustain well if she went in way too deep for me to help her out. Plus she was always overextending without wards and there was a fed Nid jg) Will Riot be able to detect toxicity in different languages? I mean I find it funny that they think no one's going to translate it or no one speaks the same language so they throw that out anyways, but for others, I'm sure there needs to be a solution to detect harassment in a different language other than English.

Usually it's a computer that collects/generates reports for said player. If that person was toxic/rude then a report (and constant reporting of that player) will solve it.

I don't think language is an issue. Even if the player gets manually reviewed by a Rioter they can still translate it via computer or an on-staff translator.

I've seen plenty of players cuss and rage in Spanish, and I'm a fluent Spanish speaker. Just report and move on if you know they're being toxic, regardless of the language :)
