You flamed in 'your language'. Maybe they have someone who speaks serbian. But yeah, you flamed and thought they wont understand it.
You deserve your permaban.
Also, they all understand the crying written in english.
using a different language to try to dodge the punishment system is a much lesser problem in EUNE (and EUW to a certain extent) than in NA.
Tonnes of people speak that language and can understand it, the system would certainly pick up those bad words. Especially if your flame contains a bunch of near english words.

To be honest, you had it coming. You had been toxic at least 3 times prior without stopping and just because you cussed someone in your own language (unfortunately, the context doesn't matter) doesn't mean it isn't a bannable offense.
You belittle your "friends" you expect people not to report you? Simply because you were harassed does not give you the right to return the harassment. Additionally, had you not said anything in chat how would anyone know who you are? My friend you brought this upon yourself by choosing to speak your native tongue after flaming people. You went out of your way to not communicating with your team
