The main problem with League of Legends and Riot is doing nothing to fix it

Hello, everyday low elo player here with a post about toxicity in the game. Trying to climb up in this game is one of the harder things to do simply because of the toxicity that is the league of legends community. It is ridiculous how little Riot cares about the toxicity of the game in lower elo's and to an extent higher elo's. I have reported and many other people have report the same person and yet no disciplinary actions are taken on the player that has been reported by multiple people. Heck looking at high elo's lets look at how long it took Riot to take disciplinary action against Tyler1 who's literal title for himself was "most toxic player NA" and streamed his toxicity and it took Riot so long to take any disciplinary actions against this player. Its so dumb that it seems like Riot doesn't care about the game under the diamond/master/challenger elo rankings because your average player will probably only get to around Gold elo.

considering they banned atleast 17 of his accounts, I'd say they took action against him on more than a few occasions.

Multiple people reporting the same person doesn't make it any more likely that they'll get punished. If it's a valid report, that game will be a strike against them. You're only notified that a player is banned if your report got them punished. So you have no idea if any disciplinary actions are taken otherwise.

Tyler 1 got banned repeatedly, the ban system works fine.

Riot literally had an Employee assigned to his stream watching him log on to his account until he wasn't allowed to stream League anymore (At the time) he streams it now.

If Riot truly didn't care then there wouldn't be so many posts and threads in this section of players complaining about their bans. Toxicity isn't gonna go away forever sadly enough, but the least we can do is report those that do choose to act up and not become a statistic of toxicity (by that I mean becoming another one of the toxic players) ourselves.
