so i got in lobby with someone yesterday around 9:00 east coast time and he put a link in chat that he said was his twitch and i blindly clicked on it. turns out it was an IP tracking site and he hacked my computer. he said IN LOBBY that he was going to get my account banned. Im assuming he went on and used my ip as a coverup and downloaded scripts and flung the n word and flamed as hard as he could to get me banned by riot. please riot, please look at the lobby chat from the game before last (i dodged because i was scared) if you can. ive never had a SINGLE behavioral punishment, i would never run into a game and just randomly hack and flame to the point of an auto permaban... if there is any way for you to look a the chat logs for a lobby please do i dont want this account ive sunk weeks and hundreds of dollars in to be gone because a hacker jumped on and got me a permaban.... please..

edit: no chat logs were provided via email

please upvote for visibilty

edit 2: yesterday i sent a support ticket before i was permabanned about how i was going to be hacked, is this a good piece of evidence that it wasnt me?

edit 3: not a single game was played after a game of trundle top i played yesterday, how the flying frickamolé could i have been banned?

Send a support ticket in. It's the best way to get assistance in situations like this.

Whoa... okay, this is one reason why you only make one thread, man. If you had put all of this into one thread, this would have been so easy to answer. If YOU sent Support a ticket saying that your account was potentially compromised, THEY PROBABLY LOCKED IT TO PROTECT YOU RIGHT THEN. Your account isn't permabanned!! It's just locked until you contact them with the information they need to prove that you are the rightful owner. They are going to ask you to do some of the account recovery/protection steps (like Deep Terror Nami posted in your second thread) and are going to help you make sure that it is secure. Any time someone sends in a ticket saying that they have potentially been compromised, Support always locks that account for player safety.

If you had been banned for toxicity, you would have been given a Reform Card when you tried to log in to the client. As is, when you try to log in, it will give you a date that your account is banned until. That date is a code, each date stands for a specific infraction/situation. If you had been banned for breaking the rules, you would have been sent an email. But as you were the one to contact Player Support in the first place, they have done this in response to your original ticket. When you look at the first ticket you submitted about the potential compromise, what was the reply to it? Did the Support Specialist ask you to reply with proof of account ownership?

Please try to keep from making any more threads, especially since you are kinda only hurting yourself here. Try to take a deep breath, calm down and don't panic. (Unless you're playing Jinx, in which case, EVERYBODY PANIC!) Just stop saying the N-word, and don't click any more links in chat, and stop saying the N-word, and follow-up with Player Support on the original ticket (no need to submit a new one unless that one has been closed - don't open multiple tickets at once as that will drop you to the end of the queue, and did I mention STOP saying the N-word? Go through the protecting your account steps - update your computer, run your antivirus, run any anti-malware program you might have, once you've done that, you might want to think about changing any important passwords if you suspect the guy may have gotten access to any of them.
