My Best Friend is about to commit suicide

My best friend in LoL is about to go and commit suicide, but the police refuse to do anything. Apparently in arizona, you need hard evidence and to be in the state to really be able to stop someone. I live on the other side of the country. I sent a support ticket with screen shots of what he wrote (REQUEST #21422452) I need this looked at now. He has tried to commit suicide before, when his first girlfriend died 6 years ago, and wouldn't be alive if his friend hadn't found him and brought him to the hospital.

Please, I am desperate. I have no other way to stop him anymore. ;_;
