Does riot still let you know when someone gets penalized? Like how it used to say "Due to recent reports from you and your peers, a negative player has been punished by the tribunal. Thank you for helping keep league of legends a sportsmanlike community."?
If not how come?
I'm just curious because it brings good relief to know that player has been punished rather than not knowing at all.

Yes, I just got a notice the other day. It was delayed because immediately after the reported game I jumped right back into the queue, but I got the pop up before I was even put into the post-game lobby of the second game, like when you get Mission Rewards pop-ups.
Technically, yes. However your report has to be one of the ones used in chat logs if verbal or like the final one in any other.
Otherwise no.
I think they do still, but I gotta admit, it's been a long time since I got one. But I'm just one person, so that bit of information pretty much means nothing, I'm just saying it's been a while.
