Thought on Behaviour Check System in terms of intentionall feeding

Okay so another time i experienced intentionall feeder in my games. He went 0/13 ran it straight down mid , fallowed me in jungle BUT HE DIDNT FLAME. After this great experience i tilted to oblivion and wanted a break went for a smoke outside and checked opgg's of guys that i reported for inting earlier ( i always report them after the game and send ticket to riot support with visual proof of their behaviour ) i did not expect much but not one of them has been even suspended.

My thoughts about this great system that we got here is it does not work at all. Guys like i experienced ( will not provide proof not gonna bother blurring names etc you want one just go to opgg and check ) are ruining the game for everybody , 4 people lost 30 minutes of their lives just because one fucker had some issues with himself. I dont want them banned forever , im just tilted they are not punished what so ever.

How do i know that ? hmmm you cant get chat restricted for inting ... all possible punishments are warning ( which is not a punishment and suspensions on their account.

This system should be a priority for a rework or improvement i read these boards quite frequently and there were threads about summoners that feed 21 games in a row before ban. It clearly shows this system is not efficient and should be improved ASAP. I started understanding what people mean by " i got banned for smbds wrong behaviour " its hard to stay calm when you have 2 inters that will make you suffer because you cant surrender ( 3/2 no surr for you ) and will make game unwinable.
