However it does require contacting support via a ticket. Screen shot will help. Also depending on the type of harassment it might fall under local anti cyber bullying laws.

If you've encountered such a message, e-mail player support a screenshot of it. They'll check the logs/ look into it. They won't let you know the outcome of the investigation though.
