Negative side effect of easy chat bans: 0-30 is HORRIBLE

oh man, have an account I'm leveling for positions/champs I'm not very good at, and its pretty obvious that most of the accounts aren't new players but returning "banned" players.

Every game I say "wow, that was pretty racist/extreme". Its laughable. Got curious and started asking every game how many perma banned accounts? Most of them reply immediately. The answers? usually 5+

5+??? XD

I've got thick skin. They didn't ruin my day, but holy crap I feel sorry for new players.

Goes to show the ALMIGHTY MUTE was more effective anyway
