My issue with the Behavior System and Customer Support

The League of Legends behavior system goes as follows: 10 day chat restriction, 25 day chat restriction, 14 day suspension, then permanent suspension. Tiers can be skipped as a result of extreme cases of hate speech.

I have been playing League of Legends for more than three months and in that time only had one offense on my account. Riot Games claims that I have had multiple actions taken against my account when that is a lie. I have had only one offense on my account that completely skipped the 10 day restriction and went to a 25 day chat restriction. Now they are saying that I was excessively harassing people in multiple games when they only gave me one game showing any kind of negativity. One game is not enough to warrant a suspension. Especially when suspensions are usually a result of racist or homophobic hate speech or death threats, none of which ever happened in any game.

I have tried multiple times to resolve the issue but they continuously send me automated messages or they dodge the issue entirely saying the support ticket is closed. The last message I received from riot games was,

"Hello, Ultimately, it is your choice to recognize that this behavior isn't okay in League of Legends and contrary towards promoting positive sportsmanship. As the situation has been explained, we'll be considering this closed. Best, Rising Blade Player Behavior and Game */"

This was the message before the previous one,

"Rising Blade (Riot Games Player Support) Jun 9, 09:26 PDT Hi there, Your account already received restrictions, and the next step on the path was this suspension. This information is provided in the article previously linked. The reform cards provide the severity of the case and that further occurrences will continue to climb the escalation path. As this account has been reviewed, we will be considering the case closed. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Best, Rising Blade Player Behavior and Game **/"

This is blatant lie coming from Riot games. I have had ONE restriction. The problem here is that first, they are lying about how many restrictions I had and apparently skipped me straight to a 14 day suspension. Second, they suspended my account with only one game of chat logs which is not enough to warrant a suspension. Especially when there was nothing racist, homophobic, or any death threats.

Can someone help me with what my options are in this situation? I am not going to stop fighting this but I want to know what all my options are at this point.

This is not true. You had a 10-game, a 25-game and a 14-day ban.

Can someone help me with what my options are in this situation?

I can post the chat logs from there if you'd like, or you can request them from player support.

Riot is judge jury and executioner. Not much you can do, and whether they accidently sent the wrong info to you or not nothing is going to change.

Ad for the "playing three months with only one punishment"there's a substantial amount of players who have played years with zero punishment.

Is there one game of logs from your email, or is there also only one game of logs provided with the in-client ban notice?

Yes, Riot games is stupid, their tribunal is run by 3rd class uneducated workers. Their servers are bad. Everyone knows this. The other people who are on here trying to tell you otherwise are unsuccessful addicts in this game.

Your best option is to ignore riot, either quit the game, or just dont use chat at all.

I started league around christmas. I thought it was like COD so I would have fun trash talking everyone, after getting a few chat restrictions and bans,I made a new account. I was less toxic on it and just asked people not to feed. got a 10 day chat restriction for saying noooob ahahahahahah, and stop feeding yo. When I emailed support they told me that was considered harassing team members.

Personally I questioned if it was worth playing a game where players are so sensitive that they act like a 3 year old in their "Safe spaces" and cant tolerate noob. Anyway, took it as a lesson, riots tribunal is stupid, I dont use chat anymore. Havent had a problem since.

If someone pisses you off during game, mute them, add them, trash talk them in private chat, then do a happy dance that the kid cant do anything about it

If the tribunal support is annoying you in emails, same thing, they cant do anything about it.

You had a 25 game chat restrict so the next tier is 14 day suspension. Death threats and using homophobic slurs are not the only way to get suspended. You have no options, player support has already confirmed that the suspension is due to your toxic behavior and not because of a clerical error.

Wow, you have only been playing for 3 months and already have 3 punishments. Most of the players here have been playing for years without so much as a 10 day chat ban.

The chat logs they send are just an example, it isn't a comprehensive list of your offenses. People get 1-3 chat logs no matter how many games their punishment was related too(which is often more than 3).

Suspensions are also not "usually the result of racist or homophobic hate speech, death threats". Those things do result in suspensions, but just as many if not more suspensions are for generic toxicity. Severity if punishment is very often a result of frequent mild behavior rather than just severe incidents.
