The game is not reliable in banning all toxicity.

The third game I decided to play on this account after being banned on my other account, a player on the enemy team was verbally abusing through all chat. Saying rekt after every time someone died in /all chat even if it wasn't him getting the kill. For example, if our adc died bot lane, he'd be toxic in all chat from top lane. Then after I went top and killed him sevreal times, he decides to say. "It doesn't really matter what I do, game is secured anyways" "ggez" "ez game" "rekt" "You guys can't do anything lololol" etc.. The game ends, them winning because they were 3+ man premade. In post game chat, first thing's said are "ez game" "ggez" and more. why is this okay.

My issue with this is that I was reported and banned for arguably less, and so were other players. Are we banning all toxicity, or only the ones people gang up on and multireport? Or do people get away with saying this and evading bans? People can be toxic and not get banned? Then why am i banned?

Why isn't the amumu I played against in my initial banning not banned for verbal abuse/toxicity? He even spoke to everyone in the game asking them to report me,and probably 10 more lines of dialogue trying to get everyone to do so. And they agreed, I got multiman reported and was banned immediately.

Or boards, since I know how you work, Proceed to downvote the post and somehow try to rationalize this one to me. Are you going to try to justify this brand of toxicity and somehow claim that it's okay while simultaneously banning players for it?

I've also seen so many people here say that "asking for reports is a bannable offense in itself" That's exactly what happened when I was banned. My opponent remains unbanned after trashtalking as bad as me, then asking for group reports and succeeding in getting his team to. And now, in one of my first games back there's a player doing the same thing I got banned for in the first place, but isn't banned. I reported, no ban.

I made sure not to be toxic in my game. Because I will not be banned again

But in all honesty, how can you give me a figure saying "you're among the top .006% of players to be toxic enough to be banned" when I see=or worse than what I said in more than 1/3 of my games unprompted by me in allchat.

So you ban some players for being toxic? Is it like profiling, or if players convince other players to report alongside them, that's okay and the strategy works?

Or is this just a hypocritical board in it's entirety, willing to downvote and try to argue against logic while twisting it's own words to match multiple viewpoints?

If you're going to ban me and many other players for it, ban all of it. Don't pick ".006% of players" to randomly ban, it is far more than that.

Edit: So essentially, riot allows players to be toxic, as long as they make sure to not swear in them! It's like, you can steal a car and not go to jail as long as you don't call someone retarded while doing it. But then allow the words to be said in the first place, and have a chat filter. Then claim the issue is toxicity, because it obviously is not, if so many players are getting away with it. ".006%" needs to be a meme.

Because people don't report, thinking it doesn't work, when it quite clearly does.

This then makes toxicity more apparent, causing the toxic individuals to be more bold, then when they are finally caught, they come here and complain. On the flip side, you have the people who don't report, and then come and complain that the game is super toxic, which is entirely on us as players to fix.

It's not random. It's time. Riot wants people to reform before they ban them.

You can swear all you want in-game. Fucking hell, I do it all the damned time.

What you cannot do is swear at or harass/threaten other players. "You fucking suck at League. Uninstall and kys!11!!!"

Also, hate speech is zero tolerance. Just don't do it.

It isn't hard to not be a bigoted racist.

The reason it seems like that is because most toxicity isn't from people who arent regularly toxic, buy rather having an occasional bad day. Punishments are mostly for patterns of behavior, not just single incidents.

Since we only see most people for one game we tend to assume that however they are in that game is how they are, but that just isn't usually the case.

Does the tribunal even exist anymore? I tried to sign up (nothing would make me feel better than to spend an evening condemning toxic players) but the Tribunal website gives 404 error.

it works to some degree. I been reporting aton of people as of late (all legit reports) and every single one of those players that either flamed or threatin to report someone all the way to threating someones life, racist, and even homophobic and I wait to see such and such player has been punished aannnnnnd nothing they all keep playing the game. Sometimes I don't even think its worth reporting these people anymore since it rarely takes action on punishing them. I feel the system say meh he was racist and homophobic... let see Ahh I got it boys will boys let him keep playing.[slayer-jinx-unamused]

I'm sorry, but are you THAT fragile? It's fine if you are and all...but uh...why didn't you mute?

First off, this is simple trash talk. I'm not sure why you think it should be punishable anyway. Secondly, it obviously didn't bug you bad enough if you didn't mute, so I'm not sure why you're bring it up here. Trying to circle jerk for "omg rito they toxic" upvotes?
