What do I do about botted accounts being on my team?

My last game was a loss in bots. I had 2 disconnects so that put us at a major disadvantage but that cannot be helped since that sort of thing happens. But 1 of my remaining teammates was a botted account. What is a botted account? A botted account is a player on your team who instalocks a champion first thing in lobby and runs ghost/heal. This could be a new player but the instalock thing is your first tip off that it is a botted account. The botted account will say nothing in lobby and when the game loads up they will not move until the minions spawn and at that moment they will purchase one item. That one item is typically boots of speed or a ruby or sapphire crystal. They will rush mid and mindlessly attack the minions and will only buy that one item over and over and over again. So if you see an Ashe mid lane with 5 pairs of boots and has more deaths than CS... there is an outstanding chance it is a botted account. Or in my case a Braum who only bought ruby crystals and then once he had 6 of them upgraded to buy a sight stone. 3 of them. So it was myself and 1 other teammate fighting a 4 man fed bot team. Split push as we tried we could not beat bots who were fed off our 0/22/0 Braum mid. I am not sure what the botted accounts hope to gain from doing this but this happens in every other game of mine so it is a consistent issue that needs addressing. The scene for beginner players is bad enough with the amount of smurfs in PvP lobbies. Now they have to contend with botted accounts making things that much harder for them? Please address this.

tldr, but just need to report them at the end of the screen under cheating, with the notes "botting"

FIRST...send in the aftergame report, fill it out well. I check off third party, and unsportsmanlike AND leaver/afk...or feeder.

I fill in the actions they done and/or places they camped out for the game (if it's a jungler botting)

As well, I take a screenshot of the feed or a video if I got capture software running at the time.

Also, I will send in a support ticket with as much details as I can add into it. If other players on your team were affected you state how they were affected by the unsportmanlike conduct of the botter, such as did they rage over it...if so what was said? did having a botter on your team cause other players to quit/afk the match?

I take serious joy finding the botters and helping them find Justice. after more than 3-4 years, it's still a joy to me.

There have always been botted accounts, the refer a friend was a good way to stop those types, but there are other botted accounts that are mainly used to get to 30 so they can sell them!

So you are going to still see them until you hit 30. It also depends on what mode you play as well. I've seen bits in vs ai,as well as twisted tree line!
