Question about chat
Most of us know that flaming gets people banned, but I have one question. Is saying "SUCK MY DICK LOOOOOOL" or stuff like this with sarcasm allowed? I'm not telling you I want to do that, I'm just real curious.

Sarcastic banter is generally allowable. Spamming chat with a bunch of sarcasm in an attempt to tilt/flame others is not acceptable.
It's a pretty clear line - if you're doing what you're doing to poke fun at someone in a lighthearted way, it's fine as banter. If you're doing what you're doing to flame or harass someone for playing bad or making a mistake, it's not.
i don't do much of anything with chat enless its a friend that cant talk (in discord)and i usually just put "lol", and sorry but you can't ban me for somebody trying to flame me and all i ever put is lol i just rather not risk it

No. First of all, that example has zero sarcasm involved. It's just crass, offensive, and insulting, and consequently, against the rules.
Second; even sarcasm has its limits. Since sarcasm is meant to mock people, you have to be cautious if you're going to hazard using it. A generally safe example is saying "nice/nice flash" after someone fails to flash over a wall. Being overly sarcastic to the point of aggravating everyone or using sarcasm solely to insult other players, though, will very quickly result in a punishment.
