How to report?
Wanted to report a player based on her/his post game chat. How can I do it? Does riot have those chat logs as well?

Lobby chat logs are not checked by the Instant Feedback System, but they are saved and can be pulled for manual review. Just annotate in the report description if the problem was in the lobby.
