Information with regards to reforming permabanned players

Around a year ago I'm fairly sure I read something about Riot Blastouise(?) accepting players to test whether they would allow certain permabanned players to return to the rift if they demonstrated reformative capabilities, I'm just enquiring with regards to further information about this project as I don't recall hearing any further information about it.

4 year player here who was permabanned around 2 months ago due to racial toxic behaviour. Unfortunately events that were occurring in life at the time were affecting me and I lashed out at players online through a veil of anonymity as a means to cope, I regret my decisions heavily and have since apologised profusely to support and dedicated myself to reforming. I have been playing on a new account to demonstrate reformative capabilities as advised by Riot Support, but unsure when they would be interested in a reform card, or if they even allow such a thing yet. I really do have a love/hate relationship with this game, but it is a prominent and significant part of my online and social life with friends IRL, and I don't want to let that go due to bouts of aggression brought forth from insecurity and fear. (I am in a much healthier mindset now, can discuss further in private.) This is also since I would like to commit funds to the game to purchase RP, but don't want skins scattered across 2 accounts, especially since I dedicated a mass amount of time and effort in my main account.

Once again I'd like to apologise for my mistakes~

Your account is gone. Gone, gone, gone. The experiments they did had a 5% success rate. It's unlikely it will be done again. The time to reform was before dropping more racial slurs in exchange for your account, and the promise that you'll spend another 300 bucks over the lifetime of your account is not worth it to Riot or the other players who will have to deal with you.

Riot WookieCookie has mentioned that they will not disclose the results of the experiment last year, and players should not expect them to open the doors again.

The 5% success rate one was results from 6 years ago.

i can tell you that permabanned players have a 1% chance of reforming, even lower when you are from OCE. Seeing you only have win 3 of your last 10 games..you probrably have flamed a lot..so its highly unlikely...
