No one on the team said anything to him. He took Flash + Teleport Started with Dorans then built tome without ever buying a t1 support item the whole game. Our mid lane finally asked "brand how come you don't buy a support item" He responds with "I don't get any gold if I don't take cs" Then he calls out our entire team "this is why I don't play ranked everyone is toxic"

Riot has an automated system on chat so why isn't there an automated system on passive-aggressive trolling? Off-meta is only off-meta when it's not an orthodox way of playing but it works. When you're consistently playing unorthodox and it does not work and refuse to co-operate with the team, then it's trolling.

There's no automated system for passive aggressive trolling because it's a lot harder for a machine to figure out what that is

META = Most Effective Tactic Available

Off-META = anything but META. No one said anything about the effectiveness of the Off-META play style.

Off META is not a punishable offense.

If you think it's easy, please write up the code and submit it to Riot. I'm sure they'll appreciate the contribution. (Hint: You're suggesting something that would be ludicrously complicated, and constantly changing.)
