Permanent Banned Account

My account MinkyMan was banned on August 31st until September 13th, a 14 day ban. I waited 14 days to get my account back, but never got it. I emailed Riot and it took a very long time to get a LEGIT email. They eventually emailed me back saying that there was a visual error and then changed it to me being perm banned. The thing is, I couldn't even get on my account so there is no way I could have been perm banned. They later on basically told me that it is my fault for not keeping my account secure and they will not be lifting the ban. So someone probably hacked into and they caused a visual error on my account so I couldn't do anything. It was their fault, and I think it is extremely unfair that my account is permbanned. May a Riot employee please respond to this and may everyone +1 this so others can see. Thank you.

They've done the same thing to me with my former main account IGN: TheSpearofDeath, although I got hacked twice and they said it was my fault too. I don't like the support system they have you get an automated message almost every email and not an actual person. Being a rather large company you'd think they'd have a better support system by now with how popular they've become.But I've yet to see that come to pass. Sorry to hear about your account, my feels go out to you because I've had the same thing happen.[zombie-nunu-tears]

Did you have another 2 week ban right before this ban on August 31st ?

14 day ban for what? If it was verbal abuse... then one more incident would be a permanent ban... looking at the match history... looks like someone was being an AFK Commando or you straight up trolled in your final game which could've resulted in the report that was the nail in the coffin.

This happened to me too.. Still no email and this is making me upset that they don't even know what the hell happened to my account.. Got a 14 day ban and when I tried to get it back it says it was perma banned.. its so stupid.. riot needs to get their shit together.
