3 Games 3 Supports 2 Premades

I decided I would play league which I rarely do, even more then that I decided I would play normal mode and try to learn adc (which I rarely do). First game I had a lux who after being criticized for not taking snare or shield as support decided to in his own words "I'm done helping" (4 minutes in mind you we just hit level 2) and proceeded to attempt to steal cs in any way possible for the rest of the game, making me miss cs also auto attacking the lane as it was being pushed towards the enemy turret. Just a fluke right? MY mistake for asking the lux to do something. So I shrug it off and continue playing. The next game starts and we've made it through the laning phase and my thresh gets' a little overly aggressive we both end up dying 2-3 times to middle and jungle ganks. At this point I asked our mid laner who was duo'ed with support and top lane "3rd time 4 bot ping please". To which my team began flaming me. (muted all 3 told the enemy team they were flaming and moved on) Last game starts and i'm matched again with a 3 man premade team, this time speaking a language I didn't recognize. Not early in after playing to aggressive alone in the brush while my blitz was in the river. He then ganked mid and top then returned bot lane all without backing. I asked him if he could support instead of function as the second jungler and from this point forward no english was spoken until the end of the game "report cait" (I forgot to mention he sat top lane the entire game while I 1v2'd for the 3rd time in a row) I could have avoided all of these situation by not typing at all by why is that the only option in a team game. Why is this behavior so common it's casual mode i'm just trying to learn a new role but 3 supports in a row refused from as early as level 2 to play in the same lane as I am. I am not looking to play solo bot lane adc i'm looking for real games but encounter nothing but people who get offended over requests and decide to spend their time in every lane but the one begging for cooperation and assistance.
