my ban is not fair. riot please respond (chatlogs)

after really looking at my chatlogs more and more. i cant help but come to the conclusion that in no sane world is my ban justified.

the only "justification" for my ban is "LOL ITS RIOTS GAME SCRUB. THEY CAN BAN FOR ANYTHING THEY WANT. YOU DONT OWN YOUR ACCOUNT. GET REKT. RIP. LATA PLEB"

legit thats the only "justification" i can think of for my ban

but in all terms of fairness, sportsmanship, competitive spirit, and human kindness. my ban is simply unfair and i feel it goes against decent standards of morality

to everyone who says i deserve my ban. please read this and say where you disagree with my logic. and i really really want to have a conversation with you to see if i can convince you that im not a bad teammate, im not toxic, i try my best to win, im the type of person thats good for this game, and i do not deserve a permaban.

my new logic/view on my ban is this---

the more i read my logs. the more violated i feel that riot lets this ban stand

my chatlogs were NOT toxic

my typing WAS NOT making my play become worse

i was NOT harassing. all of my words, literally EVERY THING i wrote was a RESPONSE to constant direct questions/statements that my teammates made towards me

yes. EVERY TIME I WROTE it was because my teammates were DIRECTLY TYPING TO ME and i believe in team communication so i was RESPONDING TO MY TEAMMATES. i was communicating with my teammates

basically. i have been banned for COMMUNICATING with my teammates and RESPONDING non-toxicly to them

yes. all of my typing was RESPONDING to my teammates who spoke to me first. and i wasnt toxic and saying direct insults like "kys. you suck. your shit. your garbage. go fuck yourself" or anything like that. i was legit just ANSWERING their questions with the truth as i saw it. and i was banned for that

absolutely, no way around it, my ban is not morally justified in a moral world. i will try to speak to riot soon just to hopefully let them realize their ban system is NOT OK. this is purely wrong

i have emailed riot support and no response. so ill use this thread to try to get any response from riot

Consider this: You have 92 chat messages in that game. Games are 30 minutes on average. Even if this is a longer than average game at 40 minutes, you sent 2.3 messages a minute. You are sending a message an average of one every 25 seconds.

If I were a bystander in that game, I wouldn't want you to defend yourself, nor would I want the person attack you to prove they are right. I would want you both to shut the fuck up.

Hey there.

I understand that you’re frustrated over your punishment. A couple things to keep in mind are that you were provided many valid, thorough explanations of why you were issued the punishment you were in your previous thread. I recommend reading all of their explanations as to why retaliation is not okay and why you were in the wrong as much as other people were.

Further, you may not want to accept it but it is Riot’s game, and they don’t have to abide by your code of “morals”. That being said, it is perfectly moral to punish one person for harassing other players repeatedly even after being warned. I know you may disagree with their analysis, but Riot has been doing this for years and the origins of what they consider inappropriate is the community itself. When you are punished by Riot, you’re being punished based on what a majority of your “peers” consider to be acceptable or unacceptable behavior. It is the morals of the majority that guide the punishments Riot issues - not the morals you yourself hold.

I do not believe you are going to get any better response here than you did in your old thread. Asking the same question over and over again will not get you a different answer. The majority of the community appears to consider your ban to be fair, justifiable, and correct. I am afraid that there’s a very good chance Riot will tell you the same.

With all due respect dude why are you pretty much posting the exact same thing expecting to get upvotes after your other post got downvoted into oblivion? I suggest you just mute everyone and focus on the game; hard to imagine being able to play properly if you are writing a 5 paragraph essay to your teammates every minute.

It has been 4 days dude. Pretty much every single person in the last thread agreed with the ban and explained to you in detail why the ban is justified. And 4 days later you're still trying to justify your obviously wrong behaviour.

The ban is justified and fair. The account is gone and you won't be getting it back. Deal with it

Rioters (generally) don't comment on this section of the boards, that's usually left to the moderators, who have an in-depth understanding of Riot's punishment system and stuff like that. You triggered the IFS for going over the 2,000 character per game limit. Some of what you said was borderline, but the ONLY factor in your punishment was the amount of typed content.

But if like you said the new rule is that riot simply bans people that have a lot of reports. I will accept that policy and remember for the future. But why don't they clearly state this so people like me and the op don't get screwed over.

if you are banned. you lose your account, your champions, your money

but you can "create a new account"

ok? so you create a new account. you play. you get back your rank

but you still lost all your champions. and your money.

almost feels like a ponzy scheme

riot isnt really banning. they are just making you create a new account. thats your "punishment"

you can pat 15 dollars for a new lvl30 unranked account. and just be toxic again if you want

so like. what is a "ban" ? its just destroying your account. but you can make a new one. nothing is stopping you

people like me who are truly not toxic, just LOSE an account of 4years with all champions from a "ban". but i can make a new account. sure

so then wtf is even the point of the "ban" ? all it did was it made me lose my treasured account with insane value

but it didnt stop me from playing the game at all. i have many lvl30 accounts...

now my new argument is

over 4 years of league, i have never once been informed by riot that "typing truth" and pointing out others mistakes (when spoken to, and when used as a response) is "bannable chat"

i have used this type of chat for FOUR YEARS STRAIGHT in 30,000 ranked games. and not been banned. so i assumed this was not bannable chat

and now i have learned that riot now sees it as bannable

so over 4 years. i am shocked. i lost an account with every champion

if riot unbanned me. i simply wouldnt type anymore unless it is pure shotcalling. and i would not be banned again

i am reformed. it is very easy for me to simply not type. i just really believed my chat was not seen as "bannable" in riots eyes because i did it for 4 years with no ban

so i am now 100% reformed. i now know that riot now sees "responding" as bannable chat. so i wont do it anymore

i truly feel i am 100% reformed. there is no reason for my account to stay banned

this was simply a communication issue. over 4 YEARS and 30,000 ranked games i have "responded to teammates" and not been banned

so over 4 years. i thought such chat as fine and allowed

now i learn its bannable. and instantly i lose my account forever

it feels very unfair

i am reformed. now that i KNOW "responding" is bannable chat. i wont do it anymore

GUYS here now my new argument is this. i think this argument seems 100% decent and totally makes sense

the general theme of the argument is that nowhere in the summoners code does it state that "responding" is bannable chat

all i was doing was responding when my teammates spoke to me. and i was responding with pure truth, nothing toxic or personal insults or anything. i was only answering my teammates questions.

and i have talked like this for 4 years without a ban. and nothing in the summoners code says "responding" is bannable. so isnt it completely fair for me to think my typing was completely allowed / legal?

please read this and someone tell me how this argument is wrong ? i cant see how this is wrong or unfair
