Are you seriously kidding me? You can get chat restricted for simply being frustrated at afks? It's not even flame dude. Look at this:

Yes, because you're more interested in telling everyone else how to play (and being rude about it) than playing your own champion, and then focusing on the Xerath instead of on the game. Focus on you.

As a guy who managed to get pbanned for flame 8 times before getting reformed, i can easily tell you why were u punished:

You were clearly pointing out your teammtes mistake, instead of that, try giving him advice wihtout telling him how bad is he. "enjoy your free win" "just ff" "gp please pess yes" "let minions end miud" This is considered Negative Attitude, in this form its giving up, you are expressing to you have gave up in the chat, which has no use for either teams.

"fuck you" "literal troll" "i asked for a report for a balatant troll" - Pure flame.

"report him" - Calling out for report of someone is banable and considered toxic.

Also keep in mind to you got into IF system's radar now, you will be punished for even less flaming from now on, if you get to 14 days ban, simply saying "fu" will make you perma banned.

Maybe if you hadn’t broadcast in /all chat to report someone you wouldn’t be having this issue? What you did constitutes as report griefing and is a punishable offense.

That word is in quotes meaning they are someone elses words. Ask Riot what "aggro chat" means because only they understand apparently. i see what you are saying, but don't i care not for the sensitivity and social diseases you speak of. people will believe what they want to so i guess you are right people are unworthy of saving or defending. i will just become a toxic player because that is "League's community standards" (another quote from Riot). Those toxic semi-pro players that abusively chat others just keep on getting away with it. And, i don't believe Riot isn't GREEDY when they started the business with mobile greed tactics of revenue. You can spend hundreds of dollars and not scratch the surface. They are looking to make money just like EA. A difference is Riot does deliver what they sell for the premium price they charge. So i always say GL and HF :3 <3 even if it is wasted breath.

Just don't communicate at all. That's what riot really wants. They will ban you over just telling your teammates to stop feeding kills. They don't like us being emotional humans, but it's hypocritical because they are actually losing employees as we speak for their "Toxic" behavior in the work place. It's kinda funny honestly.

you don't get chat restrict for 1 log. It accumulates from multiple chats, eventually you get example of last 3 chats which eventually triggered restriction.
