Am I even getting honor??
Like... I haven't gone up in level and i have gone up 3 divisions.
I've gotten 3 "Most honorable player" notifications.
It seems as if honor is "paused".
Send help.

Or... Use common sense... and realize that you aren't supposed to go up in honor levels quickly.
It's supposed to take over the course of a year to get Level 5, so what makes you think you're getting level 3 in a couple of weeks?
