Got a message post game chat saying i'm unable to recieve loot due to afk behaviour.

Get this, i have a bluetooth mouse and out of all the times the battery decided to die on me in the middle of an aram. and for the life of me i couldn't find a new battery for it in time.

So after the game i got the message that i can't receive any loot. I didn't drop in honor level and it happened twice in 2 aram games in a row. 1st time i thought sth went wrong with the mouse connection, reconnected and it worked, only for it to stop working completely the 2nd time.

I never afk'd before and never got a chat restriction or did any kind of unwantedn or unapproprate behaviour before, could it be because i couldn't move properly for 2 games on a row?

Is there anything i can do? What type of punishment is this? For how long won't i receive any loot?
