Toxicity in another language.

In past couple of weeks I encountered many people getting around verbal abuse or automatic language filter by using another language. As i know some basic languages I have witnessed people be toxic to each other in : Spanish, Korean, French, Mandarin, and of course english(but that's more easily reportable) so riot. What do you do with people who are toxic in another language. If i understand what they are saying, its still offensive so.
