It's against the rules to post summoner names on here because it's in violation of the Universal Rules of Naming & Shaming. However, you can report them by submitting a ticket at Riot's official Support page.

No. The best way for people to learn lessons in behavior is through discipline (which is something that your parents obviously failed to give you enough of). That's why Riot has rules. If you break the rules, you get reported and punished. Some people are punished swiftly while others take far too long to receive their dues. But again, those are the rules in Riot's system. You don't have to like them but you have to follow them.

If you want to be shitty in your house, then that's your right because you make your rules in your house. But when we post on the boards, we have to follow Riot's rules because we're in their damn house. Do you get it? Or do you need me to break the rules again so I can get this idea through your thick skull?

ok wrong again discipline is done in many ways peer pressure is one of them ("respect your peers"). if you fail as a human being then other human beings shame you into being a human being. im in my house thank you very much and you can continue to try to bring your fail ideals on me and fall as all people of your ant-like thoughts will

Dont bother. I had a guy spamming death threats in game and in lobby. Sent in a ticket with screenshots. Said he was going to firebomb my family and burn them alive. He is still playing.

Opened another ticket on a guy that spammed N word in game and pre/post game over 100 times in each. Sent screenshots with tickets. Just checked op.gg, still playing.
