Funny story about enemy team

The enemy ezreal turret dived level one alone, then proceeded to sell his build after inting going 0/7 and building full support. Even admitting to trolling and inting since start of game. He argued that he would never get banned and if he did he would just make a new account. Heres the funny part, he told me riot doesnt keep chat logs or can look at item purchase history (he sold his support items so he can get a somewhat real looking build right before i destroyed nexus)
