Tantrum..if you have time..How does the system deal with...

Tantrum had a game with a twitch that never went to lane, had less than 10 CS and never would fight for objectives. The twitch does get a lot of kills and tends to win games when you look him up on op.gg, but wow frustrating and trollish. How is this handled? Im on the fence honestly. I didn't provide link or name because I believe against rules.

Thanks in advance

For a situation like that, I'll report them for griefing and explain in the comments what I saw them doing.

It's not handled. The only way he's getting punished is if he trolled in chat and someone reported it. You can intentionally feed/troll without consequence as long as you don't use the chat.

Actually, a player was very unhappy with my score in a game (even though I had about the same score they did) and so they sent a ticket in to Riot support that lead to me being banned. I later had that banned overturned the same day, but the experience let me know that you can plead your case to directly Riot Support staff to have a player punished.

Lol @ these responses. They are missing the point that its sometimes its subtle.. Maybe the person wants to lose and purposely on fights with the team every 3rd fight, and goes for a side wave instead. Totally toxic.. but impossible to detect automatically.. and even when manually reviewed.. banned for picking up side ways and not grouping.. nah.. not bannable.
