I keep seeing a guy that has an int list, and he continues to pop up in my champ select threatening to int.
He flames everyone and forces people to dodge.
I've got the chat log, but I am wondering where to send it in order to get this guy the punishment he deserves.
If you think its THAT bad, you can send a ticket into Support, I think. Though there isn't a clear category for it and I am not sure how much weight it has, some support reps might barely look at it, some might take a solid look into it. Hard to tell.
